Your appointment time is reserved especially for you. I understand that life happens and plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations or rescheduling with less than 24 hours' notice may be charged 50% of the scheduled service. No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to shorten or reschedule their appointment to avoid impacting the next guest. If the appointment must be rescheduled due to a late arrival, the cancellation fee may apply.
